The majority of courses are available through their trimester study format. The subsequent intake is never far away with three trimesters. Applications are currently being accepted for Trimester 3, 2025 (summer) and Trimester 1, 2025 (March). Dates could change, and certain courses might end earlier than expected. Each application intake does not have all courses available. For more information and earlier closing dates, please pay attention to this particular page.

Here are some useful key dates to help you plan your year:

• VTAC course, SEAS and scholarship applications open for Trimester 1, 2025 on 29 July
• VTAC SEAS and scholarship applications for Trimester 1, 2025 close on 11 October
• VTAC results and ATAR available online on 12 December

Change of preference dates

When you apply, you can update, change or reorder your course preferences during the following periods:

• December offer round 1: 29 July–14 December
• January offer round 1: 23 December–10 January
