Australian National University Tuition Fees 2025-2026
Australian National University Tuition Fees 2025-2026; ANU tuition fees 2025
You can find all the information you need about fees at the Australian National University on this website, regardless of whether you are an undergraduate, postgraduate, or foreign student. Your specific course enrolment determines the tuition fees. You may be charged a cost for each course you enrol in that is different from the fees for your other courses. The cost of tuition varies every year. For a variety of causes, including those set by the university and the Australian government, they are subject to change.
Based on the aforementioned principles, several students may pay various sums for the same course. The University’s ability to establish and raise fees is controlled by a Fees Rule. There are three types of fees: the Standard Tuition Fee, Other Tuition Fee, and the Student Services and Amenities Fee. Although many factors affect how much tuition costs, the following guidelines apply to all undergraduate and graduate coursework costs:
- Depending on the degree you pursue, fees are not a fixed number.
- Every course you attend carries a tuition charge because fees are calculated per course (a single unit of study).
- The fee of your courses will vary depending on your enrolment status (domestic or international), the year you start, and the program you are enrolled in.
- Various courses have varying price tags.
- You will receive an invoice each semester or session for the total cost of all the courses you have registered for.
- The amount that you owe the University might alter if you change your enrolment.
Based on the aforementioned concepts, different students may pay various sums for the same course.

The services and facilities cost must be paid by foreign students. Each semester or session that international students enrol in will be invoiced by ISIS. Payment for invoices is due by the applicable payment date. The Student Finance Office will send the student’s invoice straight to the sponsor if the sponsor is registered with them.
Australian National University Domestic tuition fees
At ANU, domestic tuition payments are necessary for the majority of domestic graduate coursework and non-award students (DTF). Based on the courses a student enrols in, it is decided how much DTF they must pay. Each course has a defined tuition cost, and for each registered course over a semester or session, the total tuition costs are added up and invoiced.
Domestic students who must pay DTF may use FEE-HELP to postpone paying any or all of their tuition costs if they meet the citizenship and residence conditions listed below. In this arrangement, the Australian government pays your tuition fees, and you repay them through taxes or voluntary repayments. For students to qualify for FEE-HELP, they must:
- a permanent humanitarian visa holder (residing in Australia for the period of your enrolment) an Australian citizen; or
- a person with a permanent visa who is enrolled in bridging coursework for overseas-trained professionals and plans to live in Australia for the term of their enrolment;
- a New Zealand Special Category Visa (SVH) holder who arrived in Australia as a dependent child under the age of 18 and who, at the time of loan application, had been ordinarily resident there for the previous 10 years (i.e., had been physically present there for at least eight of the previous 10 years) and 18 months out of the previous two years;
You should be aware that some programs include additional, mandatory expenses including field excursions, literature, and equipment. The tuition charge excludes them.

Australian National University Domestic undergraduate tuition fees 2025
Undergraduate programs, which provide Bachelor’s Degrees, Diplomas, and Associate Degrees, are often the first degree earned at an institution. Whether or not you receive Commonwealth help will determine the kind of costs you must pay.
After enrolling in their classes, every student will get an invoice from ISIS.
Australian National University Domestic non-award student fees 2025
Domestic students must pay the full domestic tuition fees for their enrolment in any courses they take as part of a non-award program, which does not result in a degree or other award. Undergraduate non-award students who are enrolled in a Commonwealth-supported place at their home institution and are studying at ANU as part of an authorized cross-institutional study will be supported by the Commonwealth at ANU and be eligible to defer their student contribution amount to a HECS-HELP loan.
The tuition payments of other non-award students cannot be deferred to HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP. The services and facilities charge must be paid by all students who are not receiving awards. Each semester or session, ISIS will send non-award students an invoice. Payment for invoices is due by the applicable payment date.
