- Have any information about prior coursework or credentials available (e.g. copies of transcripts, certificates, etc.)
- If you are a current or former Swinburne student;
- Your student ID and password are required.
- Login by going to the Swinburne students section if you are already registered.
- You must call us at 1300 368 777 if you don’t know your student ID (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm)
- You can reset your password here if you know your student ID but don’t remember it.
- If you are a new applicant to Swinburne;
- To begin the process if you haven’t already, click Register and Apply.
- Use the Already registered or current user form if you have already registered.
- Use the username and password from your registration email to sign in to the Swinburne student section again.
- If you are unable to locate your username, you must call us at 1300 368 777. (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm) You can change your password here if you’ve forgotten it.
What happens following the online application submission
- Once your application has been submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
- By logging back in through the Already registered or current Swinburne student option, you can check the status of your application at any moment.
- Your application will be evaluated by Swinburne, and you will be informed of the results.
