All the information you need about the changes UCAS is making to 2025 undergraduate applications. Find all the important dates and deadlines for UCAS Undergraduate and UCAS Conservatoires applications in 2025. Please, note that the dates vary between courses.

Below are the UCAS Key Dates 2025-2026 and the Deadline for your diary:

UCAS search tool displays 2025 courses: 2 May 2025
Adviser portal opens for 2025 entry: 9 May 2025
UCAS Undergraduate applications open for 2025 entry: 16 May 2025
Conservatoires applications open for 2025 entry: 12 July 2025
Completed undergraduate applications can be submitted to UCAS on 5 September 2025
The deadline or closing date for conservatoire music applications is 2 October 2025
Applications for Oxford, Cambridge, and most courses in medicine, dentistry, and veterinary medicine/science should arrive at UCAS on 16 October 2025 by 18:00 (UK time).
Applications for the majority of undergraduate courses should arrive at UCAS on 31 January 2025 by 18:00 (UK time) on the equal consideration date.
The closing date for most UCAS conservatoire’s dance/drama/musical theatre applications is 31 January 2025

The deadline or closing date for conservatoire music applications on 2 October 2025
The deadline or closing date for most conservatoires dance/drama/musical theatre applications is on 31 January 2025
