University College Birmingham Application Fee 2026/2027
University College Birmingham Application Fee 2026/2027
The University College of Birmingham has opened its application for the 2026-2027 academic year for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The University of Birmingham does not charge application fees for its postgraduate degrees. But because most of the applications are done using the UCAS platform, applicants have to pay £28.50 for two to five choices, to submit their application through UCAS.
All postgraduate programmes have September and, in many cases, January intakes. UCB advises non-EU international applicants to apply at least three months before the enrolment deadline, to allow for processing and documentation to be received and for sponsorship for student visas to be issued. For Home and EU applicants as well as non-EU applicants based in the UK, the deadline for applications is 10 working days before enrolment. Non-EU applicants based outside the UK must apply 31 days before enrolment.
When a UCAS application has been made, an unconditional offer and the applicant has informed UCAS that he/she wishes to accept the offer, and when UCAS notifies this University of the applicant’s acceptance, a standard pre-payment letter with the pre-payment policy will be sent to the applicant. Once payment has been received in the University Finance Office, together with the signed pre-payment policy slip, an official offer letter will then be sent to the student to confirm the offer.
