To ensure that the acceptance and enrolling processes are finished by the Term Start Dates, applications must be submitted before the application deadline for the planned study period (Term). By the application deadline, all necessary supporting documents—including adequate proof that you have complied with the UNSW English language requirements—that are mentioned in the document submission guidelines must be submitted.

International Applicants/UNSW application deadline undergraduate
There are three scholarship application cycles each year at UNSW. Between receiving their offer and the start of the term, applicants must give enough time to complete pre-departure tasks like acceptance, visa processing, travel, and enrolment. Due to the assessment processing timeframe, applicants who receive money from a different source (not a UNSW scholarship) must submit their applications (together with all necessary supporting evidence) at least eight (8) weeks before an offer of admission is required.
The following deadlines must be met by applicants who are submitting their applications (together with all necessary supporting papers) through UNSW:

No later than the Term Start Date, offers will be made public.
Offers that are not accepted expire one month after release or one week after the term start date (whichever is earlier). The applicant is in for of making sure that their application is complete and turned in by the scholarship deadline.
The application must be accompanied by all complete, accurate, and satisfactory supporting documentation, including English translations, a financial declaration, and evidence of English proficiency.
After the application has been examined, which might not happen before the application date, more documents cannot be submitted to the application.

Domestic Applicants/UNSW application deadline undergraduate
Due to the time needed for evaluation, even if you are not qualified or are not applying for a scholarship stipend, you must submit your application (together with all necessary supporting evidence) at least eight (8) weeks before an offer of admission is required. Applications received after this date might still be evaluated for the next term.
The following deadlines must be met by applicants who are requesting a scholarship stipend through UNSW in order to submit their applications (together with any necessary supporting documentation):

By the term census date, offers must have been made.
Unaccepted offers become void one month after release, or on the Term Census Date (whichever is earlier). Application completion and submission by the scholarship deadline are the applicant’s responsibility.
Along with the application, all complete, accurate, and satisfactory documentation is required, including English translations, financial statements, and evidence of English proficiency.
It is not possible to add more papers to an application until it has been examined, which might not be done before the application deadline.
