Students can find useful information on Curtin University about the cost of their studies and their alternatives for paying their tuition. Tuition payments are required for each Curtin course you take. Your tuition fee will vary depending on the course you are taking, the units you sign up for, and whether you are a domestic or an overseas student. Before you begin your degree, think about the expense of your courses.
The number of undergraduate or graduate course units studied during a given study period determines how much is paid in tuition at Curtin; not the total number of units or the method of instruction.

No matter if the units are delivered online or on-campus, the fees are the same. Undergraduate positions financed by the Commonwealth are open to students who are: Curtin university ranking

Non-tuition fees

Remember that there can be certain incidental expenses unique to your course. For instance, you could require a lab coat, safety glasses, and gumboots if your study will take place in a lab.
You may also be required to pay for part of the materials you use if you enroll in a jewelry design unit. These are known as incidental costs.

Some additional expenses needed for the study of a particular unit or course are not included in your tuition fees, such as:

  • Police clearance or Working with Children Check
  • Field trips
  • Incidental fees for items such as laboratory coats or art supplies
  • First aid courses
  • Textbooks

While attending university, you can also have ongoing costs, so you’ll need to tailor your budget to your unique situation. Get in touch with the appropriate head of school or course coordinator in your preferred field of study for further details on the incidental costs for certain courses.
You may find this contact information on the unit outline in Blackboard.

The course’s tuition ranges from 29,200 to 39,200 Australian dollars. The typical additional expense is between 20 and 440 Australian dollars. International students are eligible for a variety of scholarships that can waive up to 25% of their tuition.
