The degree program in which you are enrolled determines how much you will pay in tuition. Based on the typical full-time enrolment load of 24 units per year, the quoted fee is. It is examined annually and could go up as time goes on. The costs are all given in Australian dollars (AUD) and are simply estimates. Where the standard duration of the program is less than one year, the full cost of the program is displayed.

The annual fee is indicated when the program’s total duration exceeds a year. When a program is provided in trimesters, the listed price only includes 24 units. You will be responsible for paying the necessary fees for your degrees as an overseas student at the University of Adelaide. When you accept your offer of admission, you must submit a deposit of AU $14,000.

This payment will be applied as a credit towards your first semester/trimester tuition. You will receive an invoice for the remaining fees for that semester/trimester after enrolling. Before the start of the first semester or three-month period, a bill for the remaining tuition fees will be delivered. NOTE; You should also allow at least $250 – $400AUD per semester for the cost of textbooks and other basic study materials.

Undergraduate entry qualifications/University of Adelaide 2025

  • Australian applicants for tertiary admission receive a rank (Selection Rank). SATAC converts final school results into a South Australian Selection Rank for applicants pursuing the International Baccalaureate (IB) in Australia and school leavers with interstate/international equivalents.
  • All international applicants who are enrolled in an Australian year 12 program must receive a Pass mark or above in one of the recognized English language or English as a Second Language courses. Each overseas applicant must complete one of these courses to ensure that they meet the University of Adelaide’s minimal English language competency standards.

STEP 2: Check or change your preferences

STEP 3: Check your offer

  • If you are eligible for the highest preference, SATAC will only make one offer. This means that your top choice should be the degree you desire to pursue. Call, chat, email, or schedule an appointment with one of their advisors if you have any questions regarding the various study options or entry requirements.

STEP 4: Accept your offer/University of Adelaide courses and fees

  • The email address you submitted on your SATAC application will receive an offer email. You don’t need to reply if you receive an offer for your top choice because SATAC will do it in your place. Enter the SATAC website and respond by the deadline specified in your offer email if you receive an offer that is not your top choice.

STEP 5: Preparing for university

Your new University ID number and other crucial details regarding starting at the University will be included in an email they send you after you accept the offer. You can now start setting up your schedule, enrolling in classes, going to orientation, and starting your university career.
