University Of Bradford Admission Acceptance Rate 2023/2024

With an acceptance rate of 52 per cent, Bradford University is accepting applications for undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses for the 2023/2024 academic year. Gaining admission into Bradford University is largely dependent on you meeting the admission requirements. Applicants applying for admission into the 2023 academic year are to submit their application as soon as possible in other to meet the application deadline which is on the 25th of January 2023.

Undergraduate courses offered at the University of Bradford can be applied through UCAS. The application deadline to submit your application to the University of Bradford for the academic year 2023 is the 25th of January. UCAS Extra is open from 23 February to 4 July 2023. It is available for applicants who have used all five choices on their UCAS application and have not received an offer.

An international applicant who has applied through UCAS must then accept his/her offer in other to be able to track the progress of the application. If you applied directly to the University, you can accept your offer through the Applicant Portal. You will then be asked to make a deposit of £5,000, and then the University will be able to send you information regarding your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) statement and what documents they need from you.

Admission to the University of Bradford is dependent on you meeting the specific general admission requirements for the chosen course. If you don’t meet these requirements, you may want to consider an alternative programme or possibly, if you qualify, an extended programme (refer to the college admission requirements), enabling you to register for limited modules in your first year.

  • A Minimum of GCSE in English or English Language, GCSE Maths needed for entry to Accountancy, Economics, Finance
  • A LEVELS Standard: BBB or AS at AABB.
  • Minimum: BBC Adjusted: CCC, for applicants who meet one or more Widening Access criteria.

 

Requirements For International Applicants:

If your first language is not English, you will need to provide proof of your English proficiency before you can be admitted to any of the undergraduate or postgraduate courses:

  • The standard University requirement is 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.0 (or equivalent) on the IELTS or on the university’s own entry test the BASALT.
  • If you require a Student Visa to study you will need to meet the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) department’s requirement which is currently IELTS 6.0 with no sub-test less than 5.5. Conditional offers to international students will be made on this basis.
