Fall term 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 tuition and fees are due on August 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 official date of August graduation; is diplomas mailed to students after final clearance is completed in September. Degree recipients may take part in the May 2024 Commencement ceremony in August 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Residence dining halls open with dinner. Residence halls and apartments are available for upper-class and new graduate students on August 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 semester classes begin on August 2024
- Labor Day – no classes in September 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Classes resume. Follow a Monday schedule starting September 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Last day for graduate and undergraduate students to add courses, change sections, or put methods on audit. The deadline for completion of NE/I grade expectations related to Spring 2024 courses starts September 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Nomination of Master’s Thesis Committee forms due to the Office of Graduate Education for December graduates begin September 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Last day to file an online degree application via SIS for December 31, 2024 graduation begins October 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Reunion and Homecoming 2024 is on October 2024
- Columbus Day – no classes in October 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Classes resume in October 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Consultation weeks begin. Advisement for Spring 2024 registration. Students should consult with their faculty advisers in October 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Doctoral dissertations due to advisers are October 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Masters thesis and Engineering projects due to advisors begin November 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Pre-registration for the Spring 2024 semester opens for currently enrolled students starting November 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Master’s theses due in the Office of Graduate Education. The last day to defend doctoral dissertations begins November 2024
- RPI Fall 2024 Last day for undergraduates to add or remove Pass/No Credit designation starts November 2024
