Aston University Application Fee Payment 2025/2026

Application and tuition fees at Aston University are affordable and depend on the type of courses and the duration of the course. Instate Undergraduate students are to pay an application and tuition fee of 9,250 GBP, and International students are to pay a tuition fee of 14,630 GBP. All students must pay a deposit fee to secure a place on their chosen course.

The amount an applicant must pay is provided in the offer letter, along with the details of your payment, including the date it will need to be paid. This deposit amount will be deducted from your first year’s tuition fees. UK undergraduates and postgraduates who have taken out a student loan do not have to pay a deposit.

If a student fails to pay his/her tuition fee instalments in full by the due date or fails to set up and maintain a suitable payment plan,  Aston University sanctions will be applied to their student account. Sanctions will restrict their access to the Library and IT facilities. This will prevent students from accessing their Aston Email, MAP and Blackboard, and block access to course material or submitting work. Sanctions will also prevent them from graduating depending on the level of debt owed.

The full payment plan for the 2023/24 academic year, assuming a September 2023 enrolment:

Undergraduates and International Postgraduates:

•  50% of tuition fee pre-enrolment
• 25% of tuition fee by 15 January 2024
• 25% of tuition fee by 29 April 2024

UK Postgraduates and All DBA Students:

• 33% of tuition fee by 30 October 2023
• 33% of tuition fee by 15 January 2024
• 34% of tuition fee by 29 April 2024

The full payment plan for the 2023/24 academic year, assuming a January 2024 enrolment:

Undergraduates and International Postgraduates:

•  50% of tuition fee pre-enrolment
• 25% of tuition fee by 29 April 2024
• 25% of tuition fee by 28 October 2024

UK Postgraduates and All DBA Students:

• 33% of tuition fee by 15 January 2024
  33% of tuition fee by 29 April 2024
  34% of tuition fee by 28 October 2024
