An Assessment Certificate issued by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) is required for all applications from international students. Upon registration, the original SAQA Certificate needs to be given to ATS.
Minimum admission requirements/ Theological colleges in Johannesburg
One of the following is required as a minimum for admission:
- A National Senior Certificate (NSC), as recognized by Umalusi, with four subjects selected among the recognized 20-credit NSC subjects and an achievement rating of 4 (Adequate Achievement, 50-59%) or better
- A tertiary qualification on NQF 5 (Higher Certificate).
- A theological-related Higher Certificate (RPL for credits may apply)
- A theological-related Diploma (RPL for credits may apply).
- if the candidate is over the age of 23 and has been granted matriculation exemption by the Matriculation Board.
FEES FOR 2024-2025
R1,550 for each module (which includes the registration fee).
Each module’s R516.66 registration fee is due on the day of registration.
If you choose not to pick up your materials from ATS, a handling and shipping fee for books and study materials is due.
