For the academic year 2024–2025, submit an application for admission to the Qualitas Career Academy. To help you through the admissions application process at the Qualitas Career Academy, we ask that you carefully review the information we have provided here. Prospective students are welcome to apply for admission to undergraduate qualifications (higher certificates, advanced certificates, diplomas, and degrees), honors degrees, postgraduate diplomas, as well as Masters and doctorate qualifications for the current academic year.

You must submit an application online on the school’s website if you’re a student who wishes to enroll in undergraduate or graduate programs at the Qualitas Career Academy. On their website, you may discover all the details you need about the college and its courses. For this academic year, Qualitas Career Academy is now accepting online applications for admission.

The college offers a variety of short courses, part-time and online programs, undergraduate, postgraduate, and other degrees and diplomas. Therefore, before the application closing date or deadline, everyone who wants to enroll at the school of Qualitas in the academic years 2024–2025 must submit an online application for admission.

The student will not be permitted to attend classes until all required forms and money have been submitted correctly.
Based on student demand, courses are offered. Qualitas reserves the right to modify rates and cancel any course without prior notice.
Before courses start, an entire deposit is required.
To reserve your spot, you must pay a registration fee that is non-refundable.
All credit applicants must submit to a credit assessment; they must also provide the relevant documentation for reference purposes, including verification of their income.

Application fee: R750.00(Non-refundable)

Even if you decide not to enroll in courses through Qualitas Career Academy, if you are not admitted to the school, or if you are not given a spot because there aren’t enough, there is no refund for this money.
Cash is not accepted at any of Qualitas Career Academy’s offices.

How to apply online/ Qualitas career academy prospectus

Visit https://www.qualitasworld.co.za to submit an online application.
You can only apply to three different programs at once (the order of choice does not matter).
Apply with the names that appear on your ID card, passport, or ID book (do not use initials or nicknames).
It is advisable to apply for one program in a less restrictive faculty if you submit applications for two programs in one Faculty (e.g. Humanities, Commerce, or Science).
Keep your options for further education open, especially when applying to programs at faculties like engineering or the health sciences.
Don’t enter the program’s duration. You are requesting admission to the first year of study.
Make certain you submit the application and obtain a letter confirming receipt of the application.
Applicants are expected to submit their own applications and accept the University’s legal indemnity and assurance in accordance with the POPI Act. The University does not cooperate with outside agencies that process applications on behalf of applicants.
